We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented House Cleaner to join our dynamic team. Work Experience:
1-2 years of experience in the relevant field
Education & Qualification:
Bachelor’s degree/ High School / Secondary
Responsibilities:
- Perform thorough cleaning of all areas of the home, including kitchens, bathrooms, living areas, bedrooms, and common areas.
- Dust and polish furniture, fixtures, and fittings.
- Vacuum and mop floors, ensuring all surfaces are spotless.
- Clean windows, mirrors, and other glass surfaces.
- Change bed linens and make beds.
- Empty trash bins and dispose of waste properly.
- Restock cleaning supplies and report any shortages or needs to the supervisor.
- Follow safety protocols and use cleaning products safely and effectively.
- Report any damages or maintenance issues to the appropriate personnel.
- Communicate effectively with clients to understand their specific cleaning needs and preferences.
- Maintain confidentiality and respect the privacy of clients and their homes.
Requirements:
- Proven experience as a house cleaner or similar role.
- Knowledge of cleaning products, equipment, and best practices.
- Excellent attention to detail and thoroughness.
- Strong organizational and time-management skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Good communication skills and a friendly demeanor.
- Physical stamina and the ability to lift heavy objects and perform repetitive tasks.
- Reliability and punctuality are essential.
- Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation preferred.
