- Serve food and beverages promptly and accurately, following established service standards.
- Monitor guests’ dining experience and anticipate their needs, providing proactive assistance and refills as needed.
- Ensure that tables are properly set and maintained throughout service.
- Process payments and handle cash transactions accurately.
- Collaborate with kitchen and bar staff to ensure timely and seamless service.
- Uphold Al Fattan Properties LLC’s standards of service excellence and guest satisfaction.
Requirements:
- Previous experience in a similar role, preferably in a hotel or restaurant setting.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
