Scandic Hotels Ltd is currently seeking enthusiastic individuals to join our team in Sweden as Hotel Service Hosts. - Problem Resolution: Handle guest concerns or issues promptly and effectively, ensuring a positive resolution.
- Coordination: Collaborate with various hotel departments to coordinate guest services and requests.
- Concierge Services: Offer concierge services, including booking reservations, arranging transportation, and providing local insights.
- Communication: Keep guests informed about hotel services, events, and promotions.
- Safety Compliance: Adhere to safety and security procedures to ensure a secure environment for guests and colleagues.
Requirements:
- Language Skills: Proficiency in Swedish and English; additional language skills are a plus.
- Hospitality Experience: Previous experience in a customer-facing role within the hospitality industry is advantageous.
