- Table Management: Coordinate table reservations, set-ups, and ensure a smooth flow of service.
- Quality Control: Maintain high standards of cleanliness, presentation, and service.
- Inventory Oversight: Monitor and manage restaurant inventory and supplies.
- Billing and Payments: Assist in processing bills and handling payments as needed.
Qualifications:
- Proven experience as a Restaurant Supervisor in a high-end dining establishment.
- Strong leadership and team management skills.
- Exceptional customer service and communication abilities.
- In-depth knowledge of restaurant operations and industry best practices.
- Ability to handle high-pressure situations and resolve conflicts.
