As a Hotel Restaurant Manager with our esteemed client, you will be responsible for managing and overseeing the daily operations of the hotel’s restaurant. Key Responsibilities:
- Restaurant Operations: Oversee and coordinate all aspects of restaurant operations, including staff management, inventory control, and customer service.
- Team Leadership: Lead and motivate the restaurant team, including waitstaff, kitchen staff, and support personnel, to ensure a cohesive and high-performing team.
- Customer Service Excellence: Ensure the delivery of exceptional customer service, addressing guest inquiries, and resolving issues promptly to enhance the overall guest experience.
- Quality Control: Monitor food quality, presentation, and service standards to uphold the hotel’s reputation for excellence.
- Financial Management: Assist in budgeting, cost control, and revenue generation to meet financial targets.
- Menu Planning and Implementation: Collaborate with chefs to plan and execute menu offerings that align with customer preferences and market trends.
- Health and Safety Compliance: Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations, maintaining a safe and clean dining environment.
- Event Coordination: Coordinate and oversee special events, functions, and private dining experiences hosted in the restaurant.
Qualifications and Skills:
- Proven experience as a Restaurant Manager in a hotel or upscale dining environment.
- Bachelor’s degree in Hospitality Management, Business, or a related field.
- Strong leadership and interpersonal skills.
- Excellent communication and customer service abilities.
- Understanding of food and beverage trends and customer preferences.
- Financial acumen and budgeting skills.
- Knowledge of health and safety regulations in the hospitality industry.
