Position Summary:
Whiterock Beach Hotel and Waterpark, Inc. is currently looking for dedicated Hotel Laundry Attendants to join our team. As a Laundry Attendant, you will play a crucial role in maintaining the cleanliness and quality of our linen, towels, and guest clothing to ensure our guests enjoy a comfortable and memorable stay.

Work Experience:

Education & Qualification:

Responsibilities:
- Laundry Operations: Perform daily laundry duties, including sorting, washing, drying, and folding linens, towels, and guest clothing.
- Quality Control: Inspect linens for stains, tears, or damage, and make necessary repairs or replacements.
- Inventory Management: Maintain accurate records of linen inventory and request restocking as needed.
- Equipment Maintenance: Ensure the proper maintenance and cleanliness of laundry equipment.
- Safety and Hygiene: Adhere to all safety and hygiene standards to maintain a clean and safe working environment.
- Team Collaboration: Work closely with the housekeeping and maintenance teams to meet guest needs and uphold high standards of cleanliness.
- Guest Service: Handle guest requests for laundry services promptly and professionally.
- Compliance: Follow company policies and procedures regarding laundry operations and safety regulations.
Qualifications:
- Previous experience in a similar role is advantageous but not mandatory; training will be provided.
- Physical fitness, as this role requires standing for extended periods and lifting heavy laundry bags or linens.
- Attention to detail and a commitment to delivering high-quality results.
- Strong communication skills in English; knowledge of other languages is a plus.
- Flexibility to work various shifts, including weekends and holidays.
- Must be legally eligible to work in Malta.
