Responsibilities:
- Laundry Operations:
- Sort, wash, dry, and fold linens, towels, and guest clothing.
- Operate laundry machinery in a safe and efficient manner.
- Ensure that laundry processes meet hygiene and quality standards.
- Inventory Management:
- Maintain an organized inventory of clean and dirty laundry.
- Keep track of linen and towel usage and report any shortages.
- Quality Control:
- Inspect linens and garments for stains, damage, or wear.
- Identify items that require repair or replacement.
- Team Collaboration:
- Work closely with the housekeeping team to ensure timely delivery of clean linens and towels.
- Communicate effectively with colleagues to coordinate laundry tasks efficiently.
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Previous experience in laundry or housekeeping is a plus.
- Attention to detail and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong communication skills.
