Key Responsibilities:
- Front Desk/Guest Services: Welcome guests, check them in/out, and provide information about hotel amenities and local attractions. Respond to guest inquiries and ensure a seamless check-in/check-out process.
- Housekeeping: Maintain cleanliness and order in guest rooms and common areas. Ensure that rooms are properly stocked and prepared for guest arrivals.
- Food and Beverage: Provide excellent service in dining areas, take orders, serve meals, and ensure a positive dining experience for guests.
- Concierge Services: Assist guests with inquiries, arrange transportation, and provide recommendations for local attractions and services.
- Event Coordination: Assist in organizing and coordinating events, meetings, and conferences hosted at the hotel.
- Security and Safety: Adhere to safety and security protocols to ensure the well-being of guests and staff.
Qualifications and Requirements:
- Hospitality Experience: Previous experience in the hospitality industry is preferred but not mandatory. Training will be provided for suitable candidates.
- Customer Service Skills: Strong interpersonal and communication skills to provide excellent service to guests.
- Team Player: Ability to work collaboratively in a dynamic team environment.
- Adaptability: Flexibility to work in various roles within the hotel as needed.
