Key Responsibilities:
Roles within the Hotel may include but are not limited to:
- Front Desk Receptionist:
- Greet guests upon arrival and provide them with a warm welcome.
- Check-in and check-out guests efficiently.
- Assist with reservations, inquiries, and guest requests.
- Housekeeping Attendant:
- Maintain guest rooms and public areas in a clean and orderly fashion.
- Change linens, make beds, and replenish amenities.
- Report maintenance issues to appropriate personnel.
- Food and Beverage Server:
- Serve guests in the restaurant, bar, or room service.
- Take orders, deliver meals, and ensure an exceptional dining experience.
- Provide knowledgeable recommendations on food and drink options.
- Kitchen Staff:
- Assist chefs with food preparation and cooking.
- Maintain a clean and organized kitchen environment.
- Follow food safety and hygiene protocols.
- Concierge/Activities Coordinator:
- Assist guests with travel arrangements, excursion bookings, and local information.
- Organize and promote hotel activities and events.
Qualifications:
- Previous experience in the hospitality industry is preferred but not mandatory for some entry-level positions.
- Exceptional customer service skills and a friendly demeanor.
- Strong communication and teamwork abilities.
- Attention to detail and a commitment to maintaining high standards.
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
