Key Responsibilities (Depending on Position):
- Front Desk: Greet and assist guests with check-in and check-out, handle inquiries, and provide exceptional service.
- Housekeeping: Ensure guest rooms and public areas are clean, well-maintained, and stocked with necessary supplies.
- Food and Beverage: Serve guests in the restaurant, bar, or banquet facilities, taking orders, and delivering meals.
- Maintenance: Perform routine maintenance tasks to ensure the hotel facilities are in optimal condition.
- Kitchen: Assist with food preparation, cooking, and maintaining a clean and organized kitchen.
- Security: Ensure the safety and security of guests and property by monitoring and responding to incidents.
- Sales and Marketing: Assist in promoting hotel services and amenities to guests.
Qualifications:
- Previous experience in the hospitality industry is preferred but not required for some positions.
- Excellent communication and customer service skills.
- A friendly and welcoming attitude with a strong desire to exceed guest expectations.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced and team-oriented environment.
- Flexibility to work varying shifts, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
