Key Responsibilities (Depending on Position):
- Front Desk: Greet guests, assist with check-in/check-out, handle inquiries, and provide top-notch service.
- Housekeeping: Ensure guest rooms and public areas are clean, well-maintained, and stocked with necessary supplies.
- Food and Beverage: Serve guests in our restaurant, bar, or at events, taking orders and delivering exceptional meals.
- Kitchen: Assist with food preparation, cooking, and maintaining a clean and organized kitchen.
- Maintenance: Perform routine maintenance tasks to ensure the hotel facilities are in optimal condition.
- Event and Banquet: Assist in organizing and executing events, conferences, and banquets.
- Security: Ensure the safety and security of guests and property by monitoring and responding to incidents.
Qualifications:
- Previous experience in the hospitality industry is preferred but not required for some positions.
- Excellent communication and customer service skills.
- A friendly and welcoming attitude with a strong desire to exceed guest expectations.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced and team-oriented environment.
- Flexibility to work varying shifts, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
- Proficiency in spoken and written English.
