  • Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and provide feedback for process improvement.
  • Stay informed about Agoda’s products, services, and industry developments.


  • Proficiency in English is required; additional language skills are a plus.
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
  • Strong problem-solving abilities and a customer-centric mindset.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, multicultural environment.
  • Previous customer service experience is advantageous but not mandatory.
