- Handle reservations, check-ins, and check-outs efficiently, ensuring accuracy and guest satisfaction.
- Provide information about hotel facilities, services, and local attractions to enhance the guest experience.
- Address and resolve guest concerns or issues in a timely and professional manner.
- Collaborate with other team members to maintain a welcoming and well-organized hotel environment.
Qualifications:
- Proficiency in English is essential; additional language skills are a plus.
- Previous experience in the hotel industry or customer service is advantageous but not mandatory.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- A friendly and service-oriented attitude with a genuine desire to assist guests.
