Key Responsibilities (Depending on Position):

- Housekeeping: Ensure guest rooms and public areas are immaculately cleaned, well-maintained, and stocked with necessary supplies.
- Food and Beverage: Serve guests in our upscale restaurants, bars, or at events, taking orders and delivering exquisite meals.
- Kitchen: Assist in food preparation, cooking, and maintaining the highest culinary standards in a clean and organized kitchen.
- Event and Banquet: Assist in organizing and executing events, conferences, weddings, and other special occasions.
- Security: Ensure the safety and security of guests and property by monitoring and responding to incidents.
Qualifications:
- Previous experience in the hospitality industry is preferred but not required for some positions.
- Outstanding communication and customer service skills.
- A gracious and welcoming demeanor with a strong commitment to exceeding guest expectations.
- Ability to excel in a fast-paced and collaborative team environment.
- Flexibility to work varying shifts, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
