Key Responsibilities:
- Room Preparation: Assist in the preparation of guest rooms, ensuring cleanliness, comfort, and adherence to Marriott’s standards.
- Cleaning Procedures: Perform a variety of cleaning tasks, including but not limited to dusting, vacuuming, mopping, and changing linens, to maintain a pristine and inviting environment.
- Attention to Detail: Pay meticulous attention to detail, identifying and addressing areas that require additional cleaning or maintenance.
- Guest Interaction: Interact with guests in a courteous and helpful manner, responding to requests and ensuring their needs are met promptly.
- Supply Management: Monitor and replenish cleaning supplies, linens, and amenities to ensure efficient daily operations.
- Team Collaboration: Work collaboratively with the housekeeping team to achieve departmental goals and uphold the Marriott commitment to excellence.
Qualifications:
- No Experience Required: This is an entry-level position, and no prior housekeeping experience is necessary. On-the-job training will be provided.
- Education: High school diploma or equivalent.
- Physical Stamina: Ability to perform physical tasks, including lifting, bending, and standing for extended periods.
- Team Player: Strong teamwork and communication skills, with a positive and cooperative attitude.
