Key responsibilities include:
- Room Cleaning and Preparation: You will be responsible for cleaning and preparing guest rooms according to established standards and procedures. This includes making beds, dusting furniture, vacuuming carpets, and replenishing amenities to ensure that each room is immaculately presented and ready for occupancy.
- Bathroom Cleaning: You will ensure that bathrooms are thoroughly cleaned and sanitized, including scrubbing surfaces, disinfecting fixtures, and replenishing towels and toiletries as needed. Your attention to detail and commitment to cleanliness will contribute to a comfortable and hygienic environment for our guests.
- Linen and Laundry Management: You will manage the collection, laundering, and distribution of linens and towels, ensuring that they are clean, fresh, and properly folded or hung. This includes sorting laundry, operating washing machines and dryers, and organizing linen closets to maintain adequate supplies for guest rooms.
- Reporting and Maintenance: You will report any maintenance issues or room discrepancies to the appropriate personnel, ensuring that any issues are addressed promptly to maintain guest satisfaction and safety. This may include replacing light bulbs, repairing fixtures, or notifying housekeeping supervisors of any necessary repairs or replacements.
- Guest Interaction: While respecting guests’ privacy, you may interact with guests to fulfill special requests or address any concerns they may have regarding housekeeping services.
