Responsibilities:
As a Hotel Floor Supervisor at Marriott International, Inc., you will play a crucial role in ensuring the cleanliness, orderliness, and guest satisfaction of our hotel floors. Your responsibilities may include:
- Supervision: Overseeing the work of housekeeping staff, including room attendants and housekeepers, and ensuring that they meet Marriott’s high cleanliness and presentation standards.
- Quality Control: Conducting inspections to verify that guest rooms and public areas are clean, well-maintained, and properly stocked.
- Training: Providing guidance and training to housekeeping team members, ensuring they have the skills and knowledge necessary to excel in their roles.
- Inventory Management: Managing inventory of linens, towels, and cleaning supplies, and ensuring rooms are well-stocked and ready for guest use.
- Guest Interaction: Responding to guest requests and concerns promptly and professionally, ensuring a high level of guest satisfaction.
- Reporting: Documenting and reporting any maintenance or repair issues to the appropriate departments.
- Team Collaboration: Collaborating effectively with other hotel departments to ensure seamless operations and guest service.
Qualifications:
- Strong work ethic and a passion for delivering exceptional service.
- Previous experience in a housekeeping or supervisory role in a hotel is preferred but not required.
- Eligible to work in Germany (visa sponsorship may be available for eligible candidates).
- Attention to detail and a commitment to maintaining high cleanliness standards.
- Ability to work efficiently and independently.
- Proficiency in English; knowledge of German or other languages is a plus.
