Key Responsibilities:
- Room Cleaning: Perform thorough cleaning of guest rooms, including making beds, vacuuming, dusting, and replenishing amenities.
- Bathroom Maintenance: Ensure cleanliness and sanitation of bathrooms by cleaning and disinfecting fixtures, surfaces, and amenities.
- Common Area Cleaning: Clean and maintain the cleanliness of common areas, including lobbies, hallways, and public restrooms.
- Linen Management: Collect and replace bed linens, towels, and other amenities in guest rooms.
- Waste Disposal: Properly dispose of waste and recyclables in accordance with hotel policies.
- Inventory Management: Report any shortage of cleaning supplies or amenities to the housekeeping supervisor.
- Guest Interaction: Respond to guest requests for additional services or supplies in a prompt and courteous manner.
- Team Collaboration: Work collaboratively with other cleaning attendants and housekeeping staff to ensure efficient and effective cleaning operations.
Qualifications and Requirements:
