Work Experience:

Education & Qualification:

Responsibilities:
- Room Cleaning: Perform cleaning tasks in guest rooms, including making beds, changing linens, vacuuming carpets, dusting furniture, and replenishing amenities.
- Bathroom Maintenance: Clean and sanitize bathrooms, including toilets, sinks, showers, and tubs, ensuring cleanliness and hygiene standards are met.
- Surface Cleaning: Dust and clean surfaces such as tables, desks, countertops, and mirrors, removing debris and ensuring a neat and tidy appearance.
- Floor Care: Sweep, mop, and vacuum floors to remove dirt and debris, ensuring cleanliness and safety in guest rooms and common areas.
- Trash Removal: Empty trash bins and recycling containers, dispose of waste in designated areas, and replace liners as needed.
- Public Area Cleaning: Clean and maintain public areas such as lobbies, hallways, elevators, and stairwells, ensuring cleanliness and orderliness for guests and visitors.
- Restocking Supplies: Replenish guest room amenities, including toiletries, towels, and linens, ensuring sufficient supplies are available for guest use.
- Special Requests: Respond promptly to guest requests for additional amenities, bedding, or cleaning services, ensuring guest satisfaction and comfort.
- Adherence to Standards: Adhere to hotel policies and procedures, including safety regulations, cleanliness standards, and quality control measures.
Requirements:
- Education: High school diploma or equivalent.
- Experience: Previous experience in housekeeping or cleaning roles is preferred but not required; freshers are encouraged to apply.
- Physical Stamina: Ability to perform physical tasks such as bending, lifting, and standing for extended periods.
- Attention to Detail: Strong attention to detail and commitment to maintaining cleanliness and hygiene standards.
- Communication Skills: Basic communication skills in English; proficiency in additional languages is advantageous.
- Team Player: Ability to work effectively as part of a team and collaborate with colleagues to achieve common goals.
