- Coffee Preparation: Expertly prepare and serve a variety of coffee beverages, adhering to quality standards.
- Customer Interaction: Engage with guests in a friendly and welcoming manner, offering recommendations and personalized service.
- Menu Knowledge: Have a comprehensive understanding of the coffee menu, including specialty drinks and seasonal offerings.
- Equipment Operation: Operate and maintain coffee-making equipment, ensuring cleanliness and proper functioning.
- Order Accuracy: Ensure accurate order fulfillment and timely service for all coffee orders.
- Cleanliness and Organization: Maintain a clean and organized coffee station, including proper storage of ingredients and cleaning of equipment.
- Payment Processing: Process customer payments accurately and efficiently.
- Collaboration: Coordinate with other hotel staff to ensure seamless service and a positive overall guest experience.
Requirements:
- Experience: Proven experience as a Barista, preferably in a hotel or upscale coffee establishment.
- Barista Skills: Proficiency in espresso preparation, latte art, and knowledge of different coffee varieties.
