Responsibilities:
- Food Preparation: Assist in the preparation of ingredients and contribute to the cooking process under the guidance of senior chefs.
- Recipe Adherence: Follow established recipes and techniques to maintain consistency and quality in food preparation.
- Kitchen Organization: Keep workstations clean and organized, adhering to hygiene and sanitation standards.
- Assistance to Chefs: Support chefs in various culinary tasks, including plating and presentation.
- Ingredient Management: Monitor and manage the availability and freshness of ingredients in the kitchen.
- Adherence to Safety Protocols: Follow safety guidelines and procedures to ensure a secure working environment.
- Collaboration: Work closely with other kitchen staff to ensure smooth operations during service.
Qualifications:
- Proven experience as a Kitchen Assistant or similar role is preferred.
- Culinary training or relevant certification is a plus.
