- Ensure the quality and consistency of coffee beverages by carefully following brewing techniques and procedures.
- Operate espresso machines, grinders, and other coffee equipment with precision and care.
- Provide friendly and personalized service to customers, greeting them warmly, taking orders, and answering questions about our menu offerings.
- Recommend coffee selections and upsell additional items to enhance the customer experience.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the café, including the coffee bar, seating area, and restroom facilities.
- Monitor inventory levels of coffee beans, syrups, and other supplies, and communicate replenishment needs to management.
- Adhere to health and safety regulations and maintain proper food handling procedures.
- Work collaboratively with other team members to ensure smooth operations and exceptional customer service.
Qualifications:
- Previous experience as a Barista or in a similar role preferred.
- Knowledge of coffee brewing techniques and espresso machine operation.
- Passion for coffee and dedication to delivering high-quality beverages.
- Excellent customer service and communication skills.
