We are looking for skilled and motivated Helpers to support our construction and interior design teams in various tasks. The successful candidates will play a vital role in ensuring efficient project execution and maintaining a safe and organized work environment.

Work Experience:
1-2 years of experience in the relevant field
Education & Qualification:
Bachelor’s degree/ High School / Secondary
Responsibilities:
- Assist skilled tradespeople and technicians in their tasks, including carpenters, painters, electricians, and plumbers.
- Carry out general labor tasks such as moving materials, cleaning work areas, and organizing tools and equipment.
- Provide support in construction and renovation projects, following directions and safety guidelines.
- Load and unload materials, tools, and equipment from vehicles and storage areas.
- Prepare and set up work areas by erecting scaffolding, ladders, and barriers as needed.
- Perform basic tasks such as measuring, cutting, and assembling materials under supervision.
- Operate hand and power tools safely and effectively, following proper instructions.
- Assist in maintaining a clean and organized job site throughout the project.
- Adhere to safety protocols, wear appropriate personal protective equipment (PPE), and report any safety concerns.
- Follow instructions and complete tasks assigned by supervisors and team members.
- Communicate effectively with team members to ensure smooth workflow and project progress.
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Prior experience as a Helper in construction, renovation, or related fields is a plus.
- Basic knowledge of construction tools and equipment.
- Ability to follow instructions and work under supervision.
- Physical fitness and the ability to perform manual labor tasks.
- Strong work ethic, reliability, and a willingness to learn.
- Good communication skills and the ability to work collaboratively in a team.
- Safety-conscious attitude and adherence to safety guidelines.
