Work Experience:

- Conduct fitness assessments to understand guests’ health and fitness levels.
- Design personalized exercise programs tailored to individual needs and goals.
- Instruct and guide guests on proper exercise techniques and equipment usage.
- Demonstrate safe and effective use of gym equipment to prevent injuries.
- Provide ongoing coaching, motivation, and support during fitness sessions.
- Monitor guests’ progress and make necessary adjustments to their fitness plans.
- Educate guests on the importance of proper nutrition and a healthy lifestyle.
- Maintain a clean and organized gym environment, ensuring equipment is well-maintained.
- Ensure compliance with safety regulations and hygiene standards.
- Assist in organizing fitness classes and group training sessions.
- Collaborate with the wellness team to create a holistic approach to guests’ well-being.
- Stay updated with the latest fitness trends, research, and industry best practices.
Qualifications:
- Relevant certification in Fitness Instruction or Personal Training.
- Proven experience as a Gym Instructor or Personal Trainer.
- Strong knowledge of exercise physiology, anatomy, and nutrition.
- Ability to create effective and engaging exercise programs.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Energetic, motivated, and customer-focused attitude.
- Ability to adapt to different fitness levels and individual needs.
- CPR and First Aid certifications are a plus.
- Proficiency in English; knowledge of additional languages is advantageous.
