Job Responsibilities:

  • Guest Welcome: Greet and welcome guests with a warm and friendly demeanor, setting a positive tone for their visit.
  • Guest Assistance: Provide information about attractions, shows, dining options, and other amenities to enhance guests’ understanding of the park offerings.
  • Ticketing and Entry: Assist guests with ticket purchases, scanning tickets for entry, and ensuring a smooth and efficient admission process.
  • Directions and Guidance: Offer clear and accurate directions to attractions, facilities, and amenities within the park, helping guests navigate the premises.
  • Queue Management: Ensure orderly queues and assist with crowd control during peak periods to maintain a safe and pleasant environment.
  • Lost and Found: Assist guests in locating lost items and coordinate with appropriate departments to ensure their retrieval.
  • Problem Resolution: Address guest concerns, inquiries, and complaints in a professional and empathetic manner, aiming for swift and satisfactory resolution.
  • Special Assistance: Provide assistance to guests with special needs, ensuring they have a comfortable and enjoyable experience.
  • Feedback Collection: Actively seek and collect guest feedback to identify areas for improvement and opportunities to enhance the guest experience.
  • Cash Handling: Process cash and card transactions accurately and responsibly, maintaining proper cash-handling procedures.
  • Emergency Response: Follow established protocols for emergency situations, assisting guests and collaborating with relevant teams when necessary.
  • Collaboration: Work closely with other departments, including security, maintenance, and operations, to ensure seamless guest services.

Qualifications:

  • High school diploma or equivalent.
  • Previous experience in guest services, hospitality, or customer-facing roles is advantageous.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong problem-solving abilities and a customer-centric mindset.
  • Proficiency in multiple languages, especially English and Arabic, is beneficial.
