As a Graphic Designer at Confidential, you will be responsible for creating visually appealing and impactful designs that meet our client’s objectives and enhance their brand identity.

Work Experience:
1-2 years of experience in the relevant field
Education & Qualification:
Bachelor’s degree/ High School / Secondary
Your responsibilities will include:
- Collaborating with clients and internal teams to understand project requirements, objectives, and brand guidelines.
- Developing concepts, layouts, and designs for a variety of print and digital collateral, including brochures, flyers, posters, social media graphics, websites, and more.
- Using graphic design software and tools to create high-quality visual content that effectively communicates the intended message.
- Incorporating feedback from clients and team members to refine designs and ensure they meet project goals and expectations.
- Adhering to project timelines and deadlines while managing multiple projects simultaneously.
- Keeping abreast of industry trends, best practices, and emerging technologies to continuously improve design skills and capabilities.
- Maintaining a keen eye for detail and ensuring accuracy and consistency in all design work.
- Preparing files for production and collaborating with printers and vendors as needed.
- Contributing to brainstorming sessions and creative discussions to generate new ideas and concepts.
- Upholding brand consistency and integrity across all design deliverables.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in Graphic Design, Visual Communication, or related field.
- Proven experience as a graphic designer, preferably in a creative agency or design studio.
- Proficiency in graphic design software such as Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign).
- Strong portfolio showcasing a range of creative design projects across print and digital mediums.
- Excellent understanding of typography, color theory, layout, and composition principles.
- Creative thinking and problem-solving skills with a keen attention to detail.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with clients and team members.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
- Knowledge of web design principles and experience with HTML/CSS is a plus.
- Must be legally eligible to work in Dubai.
