Key Responsibilities:
- Assist with loading and unloading materials, tools, and equipment at construction sites and facilities.
- Clean and prepare work areas, including removing debris and ensuring safety compliance.
- Perform basic construction tasks such as digging, lifting, and carrying materials.
- Support skilled workers, technicians, and engineers with various tasks as needed.
- Operate hand tools and power equipment under supervision.
- Follow safety protocols and wear appropriate personal protective equipment (PPE) at all times.
- Assist with general maintenance and repair tasks, including painting, plumbing, and electrical work.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization in work areas, storage areas, and common areas.
- Adhere to company policies and procedures, including attendance and punctuality standards.
- Perform other duties as assigned by the supervisor or management team.
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent qualification.
- Previous experience in construction, maintenance, or a related field is preferred but not required.
- Physical stamina and the ability to lift heavy objects and perform manual labor in outdoor environments.
