FRESH CLEANING FACILITIES MANAGEMENT PTE. LTD. is currently seeking Full-Time Commercial Cleaners to join our team in Singapore. No prior experience is required – we welcome individuals who are motivated, reliable, and eager to learn. As a Commercial Cleaner, you will play a crucial role in maintaining cleanliness and hygiene in commercial properties, including offices, retail stores, and commercial buildings. You will work under the guidance of experienced team members and receive training on cleaning techniques and procedures. Work Experience:

Education & Qualification:
Bachelor’s degree/ High School / Secondary
Responsibilities:
- Perform general cleaning tasks, including dusting, sweeping, mopping, vacuuming, and wiping surfaces, to maintain cleanliness and orderliness in commercial properties.
- Clean and sanitize restrooms, including toilets, sinks, and fixtures, using appropriate cleaning agents and disinfectants to prevent the spread of germs and bacteria.
- Empty trash containers, collect recyclables, and dispose of waste in designated areas, following proper waste management and recycling practices.
- Clean windows, glass doors, and other glass surfaces using appropriate cleaning solutions and equipment to ensure streak-free and sparkling results.
- Restock supplies, such as toilet paper, hand soap, and paper towels, in restrooms and other common areas as needed to support daily operations.
- Report any maintenance issues, damages, or safety hazards to the supervisor or management team for prompt resolution.
- Follow established cleaning schedules, procedures, and safety protocols to ensure efficient and safe operations.
- Collaborate with team members and supervisors to coordinate cleaning tasks, share workload, and provide support as needed.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of cleaning equipment, tools, and storage areas to ensure proper maintenance and functionality.
- Participate in training programs and continuous improvement initiatives to enhance job knowledge and skills.
Requirements:
- No prior experience required – training will be provided.
- Positive attitude, reliability, and willingness to learn and work as part of a team.
- Physical stamina and ability to perform cleaning tasks, including lifting and carrying heavy objects, bending, kneeling, and standing for extended periods.
- Basic understanding of cleaning techniques, equipment, and chemicals preferred but not required.
- Flexibility to work on weekends, public holidays, and rotating shifts as required.
- Singaporean citizenship or permanent residency preferred.
