Work Experience:
1-2 years of experience in the relevant field
Education & Qualification:
Bachelor’s degree/ High School / Secondary
Key Responsibilities:
- Greet customers in a friendly and welcoming manner as they enter the store.
- Operate the cash register and handle cash and card transactions accurately.
- Scan and price items, bag merchandise, and provide customers with receipts.
- Answer customer inquiries and provide information about products and promotions.
- Ensure the cash register area is clean, organized, and well-maintained.
- Maintain an accurate cash drawer and perform end-of-day reconciliation.
- Assist in restocking shelves and organizing merchandise when needed.
- Collaborate with the sales team to provide excellent customer service and address customer concerns.
- Adhere to all company policies and procedures related to cash handling and customer interactions.
- Participate in regular training and development to improve cashiering skills and product knowledge.
Qualifications and Experience:
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- No prior cashiering experience required; freshers are welcome.
- Strong numerical and basic math skills.
- Friendly and approachable customer service attitude.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Attention to detail and accuracy in handling transactions.
- Ability to work as part of a team and maintain a positive attitude.
