Key Responsibilities:
- Coffee Preparation: Learn and execute the art of coffee making, including brewing espresso, steaming milk, and creating a variety of coffee beverages to Pret A Manger standards.
- Customer Service: Provide exceptional customer service by taking and preparing customer orders accurately and efficiently. Interact with customers in a friendly and positive manner.
- Product Knowledge: Familiarize yourself with Pret A Manger’s menu offerings, ingredients, and preparation methods to answer customer inquiries and make informed recommendations.
- Cleanliness and Hygiene: Maintain a clean and organized work area, following health and safety guidelines. Adhere to proper sanitation practices for equipment and utensils.
- Team Collaboration: Work collaboratively with other team members to ensure a smooth and efficient operation, supporting each other in providing the best possible service.
Qualifications:
- No Experience Required: This is an entry-level position, and no prior barista experience is necessary. Comprehensive training will be provided.
