Work Experience:

Responsibilities:
- Financial Recordkeeping: Maintain accurate and up-to-date financial records, including accounts payable, accounts receivable, and general ledger entries.
- Financial Reporting: Prepare timely and accurate financial reports, including monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements.
- Budgeting and Forecasting: Collaborate in the development and monitoring of budgets and forecasts, providing insights to support financial planning.
- Audit and Compliance: Ensure compliance with local financial regulations and assist in the preparation for external audits.
- Taxation: Manage tax-related matters, including the preparation and submission of tax returns.
- Reconciliation: Conduct regular reconciliations of bank statements, accounts, and other financial discrepancies.
- Process Improvement: Identify and implement process improvements to enhance efficiency and accuracy within the finance department.
- Collaboration: Work closely with other departments to provide financial information and support cross-functional initiatives.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field.
- Professional certification (e.g., ACCA, CMA, CPA) is preferred.
- Proven experience as a Full-Time Accountant, with a strong understanding of accounting principles and practices.
- Proficiency in accounting software and Microsoft Excel.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills.
- Effective communication and interpersonal abilities.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment.
