Education & Qualification:

Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee and coordinate the activities of the front-of-house staff, including servers, hosts/hostesses, and bartenders.
- Supervise and support kitchen staff in food preparation and presentation.
- Ensure that food quality and presentation meet established standards.
- Monitor and maintain inventory levels, including ordering supplies and ingredients.
- Train and mentor staff in customer service, food safety, and sanitation procedures.
- Handle customer inquiries, complaints, and special requests with professionalism and courtesy.
- Assist with scheduling, including assigning shifts and managing staff availability.
- Monitor and enforce health and safety regulations in the workplace.
- Maintain cleanliness and hygiene standards throughout the restaurant.
- Assist in the development of menu items and pricing strategies.
- Collaborate with management to implement marketing and promotional activities.
- Prepare and submit reports on sales, inventory, and staff performance.
Qualifications:
- Previous experience in a supervisory or management role in the food service industry is required.
- Strong leadership and interpersonal skills.
- Excellent customer service and communication abilities.
- Knowledge of food safety and sanitation regulations.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced and high-pressure environment.
- Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed.
