Food Packing, A well-established and reputable confidential company is seeking dedicated and detail-oriented individuals for the position of Food Packing. This role is essential to ensuring that our products are packaged efficiently and safely, meeting the highest quality standards. The Food Packing team member will be responsible for preparing, packing, and labeling food products, ensuring that they are ready for distribution.

Work Experience:
1-2 years of experience in the relevant field
Education & Qualification:
Bachelor’s degree/ High School / Secondary
Key Responsibilities:
- Packaging: Efficiently pack food products into containers or packages according to company standards and specifications.
- Labeling: Accurately label packages with product information, including expiration dates and batch numbers.
- Quality Control: Inspect products for defects or inconsistencies, ensuring that only high-quality items are packaged.
- Safety and Hygiene: Follow all safety and hygiene protocols to maintain a clean and safe work environment. Adhere to food safety regulations and guidelines.
- Inventory Management: Assist in managing inventory levels by reporting shortages or excesses to supervisors.
- Equipment Operation: Operate packaging machinery and equipment safely and efficiently. Perform routine maintenance and troubleshooting as needed.
- Team Collaboration: Work closely with team members to meet daily production targets and maintain a smooth workflow.
- Documentation: Maintain accurate records of packed products and report any discrepancies to the supervisor.
- Process Improvement: Participate in continuous improvement initiatives to enhance packaging efficiency and product quality.
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Previous experience in food packing or a related field is preferred but not required.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet production targets.
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality.
- Good physical stamina and the ability to lift and carry heavy items.
- Excellent teamwork and communication skills.
- Willingness to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays.
- Basic knowledge of food safety and hygiene practices is a plus.
