Key Responsibilities:
- Packaging Operations: Execute and oversee the packaging of various food products, ensuring accuracy, quality, and compliance with company standards.
- Quality Control: Conduct regular inspections of packaged products to ensure they meet quality specifications and are free from defects.
- Safety Compliance: Adhere to all food safety and hygiene regulations, implementing and maintaining proper sanitation and safety measures in the packaging area.
- Inventory Management: Monitor and manage packaging materials, ensuring an adequate supply to support production needs.
- Equipment Operation: Operate and maintain packaging machinery, troubleshoot issues, and coordinate with maintenance for repairs.
- Team Collaboration: Work closely with warehouse and production teams to facilitate smooth workflow and timely packaging of products.
- Documentation: Maintain accurate records of packaging activities, including quantities, dates, and any issues encountered during the process.
- Process Improvement: Identify opportunities for process optimization, efficiency improvements, and cost-saving measures.
Qualifications:
- Previous experience in food packaging within a warehouse setting is preferred.
