As an Entry-Level Production Operator at Confidential, you will be an essential part of our food manufacturing process, ensuring the production of safe, high-quality, and flavorful food products. - Follow standard operating procedures (SOPs) to maintain quality and safety standards.
- Monitor production processes, troubleshoot issues, and perform basic maintenance tasks.
- Assemble, package, and label food products according to specifications.
- Adhere to hygiene and sanitation standards to ensure food safety.
- Collaborate with team members to ensure efficient workflow and timely production.
- Maintain accurate records of production activities and report any deviations to supervisors.
Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- No prior experience required – open to freshers.
- Basic understanding of food safety and hygiene practices.
- Ability to follow instructions and work in a team-oriented environment.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Physical stamina to stand, lift, and move products throughout the shift.
