Work Experience:

Education & Qualification:
Bachelor’s degree/ High School / Secondary
Key Responsibilities:
- Team Leadership: Supervise and lead a team of floor staff, providing guidance, training, and support to ensure exceptional customer service.
- Operational Oversight: Monitor and manage daily floor operations, including staff assignments, task delegation, and ensuring adherence to standard operating procedures.
- Customer Engagement: Interact with customers, addressing inquiries, resolving issues, and ensuring a positive and memorable customer experience.
- Quality Control: Ensure that products and services meet or exceed quality standards, conducting regular inspections and addressing any discrepancies.
- Inventory Management: Collaborate with relevant teams to manage inventory levels, conduct stock checks, and address stock-related issues.
- Performance Tracking: Implement performance metrics to measure staff productivity, customer satisfaction, and other key performance indicators.
- Training and Development: Identify training needs, conduct training sessions, and support the professional development of floor staff.
- Collaboration: Work closely with other departments, such as sales, marketing, and management, to ensure a cohesive and integrated approach to operations.
Qualifications:
- Proven experience as a Floor Supervisor or in a similar supervisory role, preferably in a retail or hospitality setting.
- Strong leadership and interpersonal skills.
- Excellent communication and customer service abilities.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle challenging situations.
- Familiarity with inventory management systems and basic business operations.
- Flexibility to work varying shifts, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
- Knowledge of Dubai’s consumer preferences and market trends is advantageous.
