- Trend Analysis: Analyze financial trends, industry benchmarks, and economic factors to provide insights into potential risks and opportunities.
- Cost Analysis: Conduct in-depth cost analysis and cost-benefit assessments for various business initiatives.
- Performance Metrics: Define and track key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure the company’s financial performance.
- Advisory Role: Provide financial insights and recommendations to senior management for informed decision-making.
- Collaboration: Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including accounting, operations, and strategy, to gather relevant data and insights.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field. A Master’s degree or professional certification (CFA, CPA) is advantageous.
- Proven experience as a Financial Analyst or in a similar role.
- Strong proficiency in financial modeling and analysis.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel and financial analysis tools.
- Solid understanding of financial principles, accounting practices, and regulatory requirements.
- Effective communication skills for presenting complex financial information to non-financial stakeholders.
- Familiarity with the financial landscape and regulations in Dubai is an advantage.
