Position Overview
We are seeking an experienced and highly skilled Finance Manager to join our finance team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for overseeing all financial operations, ensuring the company’s financial health, and providing strategic financial guidance to support our growth and objectives. Key Responsibilities
- Financial Planning and Analysis: Develop and manage financial models, forecasts, and budgets to support business planning and decision-making.
- Financial Reporting: Prepare and present accurate and timely financial reports, including income statements, balance sheets, cash flow statements, and variance analysis.
- Budget Management: Oversee the annual budgeting process, monitor budget performance, and provide recommendations for improvement.
- Compliance and Risk Management: Ensure compliance with financial regulations and standards, and manage financial risks effectively.
- Internal Controls: Implement and maintain robust internal controls to safeguard company assets and ensure the accuracy of financial records.
- Strategic Planning: Provide strategic financial insights and recommendations to senior management to support long-term business goals.
- Team Leadership: Lead and mentor the finance team, fostering a culture of excellence and continuous improvement.
- Cost Management: Analyze costs and identify opportunities for cost reduction and efficiency improvement.
- Tax Planning and Compliance: Oversee tax planning and compliance, ensuring timely and accurate filing of all tax returns.
- Stakeholder Communication: Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders, including auditors, regulatory authorities, and financial institutions.
Qualifications
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field; MBA or CPA preferred.
- Experience: Minimum of 5-7 years of experience in finance or accounting, with at least 3 years in a managerial role.
- Skills: Proficiency in financial software and ERP systems; advanced Excel skills.
- Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Leadership: Proven leadership and team management abilities.
- Analytical Skills: Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail.
