Work Experience:

Education & Qualification:
Bachelor’s degree/ High School / Secondary
Job Responsibilities:
- Customer Service: Greet guests warmly, take food and beverage orders, and ensure prompt and courteous service throughout their dining experience.
- Menu Knowledge: Have a thorough understanding of the menu items, including ingredients, preparation methods, and any special dietary considerations, to assist guests with their selections and address any questions or concerns.
- Order Management: Accurately input orders into the point-of-sale system, communicate special requests to the kitchen staff, and coordinate the timing of food delivery to ensure a seamless dining experience.
- Table Maintenance: Set up and maintain dining areas, including arranging table settings, refilling condiments, and clearing dishes and utensils promptly to ensure a clean and inviting atmosphere for guests.
- Upselling: Recommend additional menu items, beverages, or specials to enhance the guest experience and increase sales revenue.
- Payment Processing: Process guest payments accurately, handle cash transactions, and reconcile receipts at the end of each shift in accordance with company policies and procedures.
- Teamwork: Collaborate with kitchen staff, bartenders, and other servers to ensure smooth operations and effective communication throughout the restaurant.
- Customer Feedback: Solicit feedback from guests and address any concerns or complaints promptly and professionally, escalating issues to management as needed.
Requirements:
- Experience: Proven experience as a waitress or server in a restaurant setting, with a minimum of 1-2 years of experience.
- Customer Focus: Strong customer service skills with a friendly and approachable demeanor, and a genuine desire to provide an exceptional dining experience to guests.
- Communication Skills: Excellent verbal communication skills in English, with the ability to interact confidently and effectively with guests and colleagues.
- Team Player: Ability to work well as part of a team in a fast-paced environment, demonstrating flexibility and adaptability to meet the needs of the restaurant.
- Attention to Detail: Attention to detail and accuracy in order-taking, payment processing, and maintaining cleanliness and organization in the dining area.
- Professionalism: Maintain a neat and well-groomed appearance and adhere to company grooming and uniform standards at all times.
- Legal Status: Must have legal authorization to work in Bahrain.
