- Order Processing: Receive and process customer orders accurately and efficiently.
- Product Knowledge: Have a good understanding of the products and services offered to assist customers effectively.
- Cash Handling: Handle cash transactions, including receiving payments and providing change.
- Point of Sale (POS) System: Operate the POS system efficiently to process transactions.
- Product Presentation: Maintain the cleanliness and visual appeal of the service counters.
- Upselling: Promote additional products or services to enhance sales opportunities.
- Customer Inquiries: Address customer inquiries and provide information about products or services.
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Previous experience in a customer service or counter staff role is advantageous.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
- Proficiency in using cash registers and POS systems.
- Customer-focused with a positive attitude and eagerness to assist.
- Attention to detail and accuracy in processing orders.
