Position Overview:
We are seeking diligent and detail-oriented Female Cleaners to join our facilities management team in Bahrain. The Female Cleaner is responsible for maintaining cleanliness and hygiene across various sites, ensuring that all areas are kept clean, sanitized, and orderly. This role requires a strong work ethic, attention to detail, and the ability to work both independently and as part of a team. Work Experience:

Education & Qualification:
Bachelor’s degree/ High School / Secondary
Key Responsibilities:
- Cleaning and Sanitizing: Clean and sanitize designated areas, including offices, restrooms, common areas, and other facilities, to ensure a safe and hygienic environment.
- Dusting and Vacuuming: Dust and vacuum surfaces, carpets, and floors, removing dirt and debris.
- Mopping and Sweeping: Mop and sweep floors, ensuring they are clean and free of hazards.
- Trash Removal: Empty trash bins and dispose of waste properly, maintaining a clean and orderly environment.
- Restocking Supplies: Restock cleaning supplies, paper products, and other materials as needed in restrooms and common areas.
- Window Cleaning: Clean windows and glass surfaces to ensure a streak-free appearance.
- Safety Compliance: Follow safety protocols and wear appropriate personal protective equipment (PPE) to ensure a safe working environment.
- Reporting: Report any maintenance or safety issues to the supervisor for prompt resolution.
- Customer Service: Interact professionally with clients and building occupants, addressing any concerns or requests.
- Team Collaboration: Collaborate with other cleaners and facilities management staff to ensure efficient and thorough cleaning operations.
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Previous experience in cleaning or housekeeping is preferred but not required.
- Ability to work independently and manage time effectively.
- Strong attention to detail and thoroughness in cleaning tasks.
- Good communication and customer service skills.
- Physical ability to perform cleaning tasks, including lifting, bending, and standing for extended periods.
- Flexibility to work different shifts, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
