- Quality Control: Inspect finished products for quality, appearance, and taste, and report any discrepancies or issues to supervisors.
- Packaging: Package finished products accurately and neatly, following established guidelines and ensuring proper labeling.
- Cleanliness: Maintain cleanliness and hygiene in the bakery, including cleaning equipment, work surfaces, and utensils.
- Safety Compliance: Adhere to all safety and sanitation protocols to create a safe and hygienic working environment.
Qualifications:
- No prior experience is required; however, a passion for baking and pastry preparation is a plus.
- Attention to detail and a commitment to maintaining high standards of quality.
- Physical fitness to stand, lift, and perform tasks in a fast-paced bakery environment.
- Effective communication skills and the ability to work collaboratively as part of a team.
