Position Summary:
We are seeking hardworking and reliable Factory Workers to join our manufacturing team. As a Factory Worker, you will play a crucial role in the production process, ensuring that our products are made to the highest standards. Work Experience:
1-2 years of experience in the relevant field
Education & Qualification:
Bachelor’s degree/ High School / Secondary
Key Responsibilities:
- Production: Operate machinery and equipment according to instructions and safety guidelines. Assemble products and components as required.
- Quality Control: Inspect products for defects and ensure they meet quality standards. Report any issues or malfunctions to the supervisor.
- Maintenance: Perform routine maintenance on machinery and equipment to ensure optimal performance. Assist in troubleshooting and repairs as needed.
- Material Handling: Load and unload raw materials and finished products. Ensure materials are properly stored and handled with care.
- Safety Compliance: Adhere to all safety regulations and procedures to maintain a safe working environment. Use personal protective equipment (PPE) as required.
- Team Collaboration: Work effectively with other team members to achieve production goals. Communicate effectively and assist with other tasks as needed.
- Documentation: Maintain accurate records of production activities, including output, machine performance, and any issues encountered.
Qualifications:
- Experience: Previous experience in a factory or manufacturing setting is preferred but not required. On-the-job training will be provided.
- Skills: Ability to operate machinery and use tools effectively. Strong attention to detail and quality.
- Attributes: Reliable, punctual, and able to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment. Good physical stamina and the ability to perform repetitive tasks.
- Education: High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
- Availability: Flexibility to work various shifts, including nights, weekends, and overtime as required.
