Education & Qualification:

Key Responsibilities:

  • Network Design: Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design and plan telecommunications networks, including fiber-optic and mobile networks, to meet performance and capacity requirements.
  • Infrastructure Deployment: Oversee the deployment and installation of network infrastructure, ensuring compliance with industry standards and safety regulations.
  • Network Maintenance: Monitor and maintain the performance of telecommunications systems, troubleshooting technical issues, and implementing corrective actions promptly.
  • Quality Assurance: Conduct quality assessments and audits to ensure the integrity and reliability of network components and systems.
  • Project Management: Manage engineering projects, from planning and budgeting to execution and reporting, ensuring projects are completed on time and within scope.
  • Documentation: Create and maintain detailed technical documentation, including network diagrams, configurations, and standard operating procedures.
  • Technology Evaluation: Stay up-to-date with emerging technologies and industry trends, providing recommendations for network enhancements and improvements.
  • Compliance: Ensure that all engineering activities comply with regulatory requirements and company policies.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering, Telecommunications Engineering, or a related field (Master’s degree preferred).
  • Proven experience as an Engineer in the telecommunications or network infrastructure industry.
  • Strong knowledge of telecommunications technologies, including fiber-optic and mobile networks.
  • Proficiency in network design and planning software.
  • Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.
  • Effective communication and teamwork abilities.
  • Project management experience is a plus.
  • Fluency in English; knowledge of German is advantageous.
