Work Experience:

Education & Qualification:
Bachelor’s degree/ High School / Secondary
Key Responsibilities:
- Network Design: Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design and plan telecommunications networks, including fiber-optic and mobile networks, to meet performance and capacity requirements.
- Infrastructure Deployment: Oversee the deployment and installation of network infrastructure, ensuring compliance with industry standards and safety regulations.
- Network Maintenance: Monitor and maintain the performance of telecommunications systems, troubleshooting technical issues, and implementing corrective actions promptly.
- Quality Assurance: Conduct quality assessments and audits to ensure the integrity and reliability of network components and systems.
- Project Management: Manage engineering projects, from planning and budgeting to execution and reporting, ensuring projects are completed on time and within scope.
- Documentation: Create and maintain detailed technical documentation, including network diagrams, configurations, and standard operating procedures.
- Technology Evaluation: Stay up-to-date with emerging technologies and industry trends, providing recommendations for network enhancements and improvements.
- Compliance: Ensure that all engineering activities comply with regulatory requirements and company policies.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering, Telecommunications Engineering, or a related field (Master’s degree preferred).
- Proven experience as an Engineer in the telecommunications or network infrastructure industry.
- Strong knowledge of telecommunications technologies, including fiber-optic and mobile networks.
- Proficiency in network design and planning software.
- Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.
- Effective communication and teamwork abilities.
- Project management experience is a plus.
- Fluency in English; knowledge of German is advantageous.
