Key Responsibilities:
- Electrical Installations: Perform electrical installations, including wiring, lighting, power distribution, and control systems, in accordance with project specifications and local regulations.
- Maintenance: Conduct regular inspections and maintenance of electrical systems, troubleshooting and repairing faults or malfunctions as needed.
- Safety Compliance: Ensure all electrical work follows safety protocols and industry standards to maintain a safe working environment for yourself and others.
- Blueprint Interpretation: Read and interpret electrical diagrams and blueprints to plan and execute installations accurately.
- Material Management: Manage electrical materials and equipment, including ordering, tracking, and maintaining an inventory of supplies.
- Team Collaboration: Work collaboratively with other construction professionals, including contractors, engineers, and project managers, to achieve project goals.
- Documentation: Maintain detailed records of electrical work performed, including reports, maintenance logs, and inspection records.
Qualifications:
- Valid electrical certification or license is required.
- Proven experience as an Electrician in construction and development projects.
- Strong knowledge of electrical codes, regulations, and safety practices.
- Proficiency in electrical tools, equipment, and testing devices.
- Problem-solving skills and the ability to work independently and in a team.
