Job Overview
We are seeking a detail-oriented and skilled Electrical Draftsman to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in electrical drafting and design, with a keen eye for detail and accuracy. This role involves creating detailed electrical drawings and plans that adhere to industry standards and client specifications. The Electrical Draftsman will work closely with engineers and project managers to ensure that all designs meet the necessary requirements and are delivered on time.

Key Responsibilities
- Drafting and Design: Create detailed electrical drawings, schematics, and layouts using CAD software based on engineer and project manager specifications.
- Collaboration: Work closely with electrical engineers and project managers to develop and refine electrical designs and plans.
- Standards Compliance: Ensure that all drawings comply with industry standards, codes, and regulations.
- Revisions and Updates: Revise drawings as needed to reflect changes in project scope, design, or client requirements.
- Documentation: Maintain accurate and organized records of all drawings and project documentation.
- Quality Assurance: Conduct thorough reviews of drawings to identify and correct any errors or discrepancies.
- Communication: Effectively communicate with team members and clients to address any questions or concerns regarding electrical designs.
Qualifications
- Experience: Proven experience as an electrical draftsman or similar role, with a strong portfolio of completed projects.
- Education: Associate degree or technical certification in drafting, electrical engineering, or a related field.
- Skills: Proficiency in CAD software (such as AutoCAD, Revit, or similar) and strong knowledge of electrical drafting standards and practices.
- Attention to Detail: Exceptional attention to detail and accuracy in creating technical drawings.
- Problem-Solving: Strong analytical and problem-solving skills to address design challenges and find effective solutions.
- Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills to collaborate with team members and clients.
- Time Management: Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
