Position Overview:
We are currently seeking a motivated and reliable Electrical Assistant to join our team at TAQAHT AL IBDAA in Ajman. The Electrical Assistant will work under the supervision of licensed electricians to assist with various tasks related to electrical installations, repairs, and maintenance projects. Work Experience:
1-2 years of experience in the relevant field
Education & Qualification:
Bachelor’s degree/ High School / Secondary
Responsibilities:
- Assist licensed electricians with the installation, maintenance, and repair of electrical systems and equipment.
- Perform basic electrical tasks such as running wires, installing outlets and switches, and connecting electrical components.
- Assist with the assembly and installation of electrical panels, fixtures, and other equipment according to specifications.
- Use hand and power tools safely and effectively to complete assigned tasks
- Follow all safety protocols and procedures to ensure a safe work environment for yourself and others.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of work areas, including storing tools and materials properly
- Assist with troubleshooting electrical problems and making repairs as directed by licensed electricians.
- Collaborate with team members to ensure timely completion of projects and adherence to project schedules.
- Communicate effectively with supervisors and coworkers to receive instructions, provide updates, and coordinate work activities
- Adhere to company policies and procedures, including quality standards and customer service guidelines
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Previous experience in the electrical trade or related field preferred
- Basic knowledge of electrical systems, tools, and equipment
- Ability to follow instructions and work effectively as part of a team
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality workmanship
- Physical stamina and ability to perform tasks requiring bending, lifting, and standing for extended periods
- Willingness to learn and develop new skills in the electrical trade
- Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation preferred
