Work Experience:

Education & Qualification:
Bachelor’s degree/ High School / Secondary
Key Responsibilities:
- Installation and Maintenance: Install, maintain, and repair electrical systems and components, including wiring, fixtures, and equipment. Ensure all installations comply with industry standards and regulations.
- Troubleshooting: Diagnose and resolve electrical issues efficiently. Conduct tests and inspections to identify faults, ensuring timely and effective solutions.
- Safety Compliance: Adhere to all safety protocols and guidelines. Ensure a safe working environment by following OSHA standards and company safety policies.
- Technical Support: Provide technical support and guidance to other team members and departments. Assist in the development and implementation of new electrical systems and technologies.
- Documentation: Maintain accurate records of all electrical work, including maintenance logs, repair reports, and inspection documentation. Ensure all records are up-to-date and accessible.
- Project Collaboration: Work closely with engineers, project managers, and other technicians to support various projects. Participate in project planning and execution, ensuring electrical components are integrated seamlessly.
- Continuous Improvement: Stay updated with the latest electrical technologies, tools, and industry trends. Participate in training sessions and workshops to enhance skills and knowledge.
- Customer Interaction: Interact with clients and customers to provide technical support and address any electrical concerns. Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction through professional and effective communication.
Qualifications:
- Experience: Proven experience as an Electric Technician or in a similar role. Strong background in electrical systems, maintenance, and troubleshooting.
- Education: High school diploma or equivalent. Certification or associate degree in Electrical Technology, Electrical Engineering, or a related field. Relevant licenses and certifications (e.g., Journeyman Electrician) are preferred.
- Skills: Proficiency in using electrical tools and diagnostic equipment. Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail. Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
- Personal Attributes: Reliable, detail-oriented, and able to work independently. Strong commitment to safety and quality in all tasks.
