Work Experience:
1-2 years of experience in the relevant field
Education & Qualification:
Bachelor’s degree/ High School / Secondary
Key Responsibilities:
- Financial Strategy: Develop and implement the overall financial strategy aligned with the company’s business goals and objectives.
- Budgeting and Forecasting: Oversee the budgeting process, financial planning, and forecasting to support informed decision-making.
- Financial Reporting: Ensure accurate and timely financial reporting, including P&L statements, balance sheets, and cash flow reports.
- Risk Management: Identify and mitigate financial risks, providing strategic recommendations to executive leadership.
- Compliance: Ensure compliance with financial regulations, accounting standards, and taxation requirements.
- Team Leadership: Lead and mentor the finance team, fostering a culture of accountability, collaboration, and continuous improvement.
- Financial Analysis: Conduct financial analysis to support strategic initiatives, mergers and acquisitions, and investment decisions.
- Stakeholder Communication: Collaborate with executive leadership and stakeholders, providing financial insights and recommendations.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field; MBA or professional certification (e.g., CFA, CPA) is a plus.
- Proven experience as a Finance Director or in a similar leadership role within a consultancy environment.
- Strong knowledge of financial principles, regulations, and reporting standards.
- Strategic thinking with the ability to align financial goals with overall business objectives.
- Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
- Analytical mindset with the ability to provide insights and recommendations.
- Proficiency in financial management software and Microsoft Office.
