Position Overview:
We are seeking a skilled and innovative Design Engineer to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in engineering design, with experience in conceptualizing, developing, and implementing innovative solutions. Work Experience:

Education & Qualification:
Bachelor’s degree/ High School / Secondary
Key Responsibilities:
- Conceptualization: Collaborate with stakeholders to conceptualize and develop innovative design solutions that meet project objectives and client requirements.
- Engineering Design: Utilize CAD software and other design tools to create detailed engineering drawings, specifications, and prototypes.
- Analysis: Conduct structural, thermal, and fluid dynamics analysis to evaluate the performance and reliability of design concepts.
- Prototyping: Build and test prototypes to validate design concepts and identify areas for improvement.
- Problem-Solving: Identify technical challenges and develop creative solutions to overcome them, ensuring project success.
- Documentation: Maintain accurate records of design activities, including drawings, calculations, and test results.
- Collaboration: Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including engineers, designers, and project managers, to ensure seamless integration of design solutions.
- Quality Assurance: Ensure that all design work meets or exceeds industry standards and regulatory requirements.
- Continuous Improvement: Stay updated on industry trends, emerging technologies, and best practices to drive innovation and continuous improvement.
Qualifications:
- Experience: Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in engineering design, preferably in specific industry/sector.
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, or a related field. Master’s degree is a plus.
- Skills: Proficiency in CAD software (e.g., SolidWorks, AutoCAD) and other design tools. Familiarity with FEA and simulation software is desirable.
- Creativity: Strong creative and problem-solving skills, with the ability to think outside the box and develop innovative solutions.
- Analytical: Excellent analytical and critical thinking skills, with the ability to analyze complex technical problems and develop effective solutions.
- Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to communicate technical concepts effectively to diverse audiences.
